教学内容分析：本节课是小学英语PEP四年级上册第四单元单元第一课时学习Let’s learn和Let’s do的内容，在语言的学习和活动中听、说、认读生词，为下节课学习做铺垫。
学生情况分析：学生大都是十岁左右，生性活泼好动，喜欢直观形象思维，对游戏、竞赛等特别感兴趣。大多数学生能在老师的引导下完成简单的日常会话，对学习英语有了一定的兴趣，个别学生没有足够的兴趣，在课堂上不积极参与，有的学生不敢回答问题。所以课堂上主要以激发学生学习兴趣为主，鼓励学生大胆说，积极做。教学目标
(1)能听懂、会说“this is my home．”并能简单描述自己的房间。
(2)能听、说、认、读study，living room，bedroom，bath—room，kitchen等单词。(3)能听懂Let"sdo部分中的指示语，并能按指令作出相应的动作。
教学重点和难点
让学生在语言的复习巩固活动中听、说、认读单词。课前准备：
1、教师准备歌曲和点读机。
2、教师准备study，bathroom，bedroom，living room，kitchen等单词的图卡。
4、教师准备Let’s do中短语的词卡。教学步骤：
一、Warm-up（1）教师播放歌曲“In the classroom”,师生齐唱。

三、Presentation Let’s learn
(1)教师先出示画有书籍的study图片，手指图片上书房里的书问：What are they？学生回答books。教师问：Where are the books？告诉学生：They’re in the study.（2）教师重复生词study。学生学说。用同样的方法教学其他生词。
（3）让学生听录音，跟读Let’s learn部分的词汇。然后打乱顺序，要求学生边听边指，力求学生做到“眼到、手到、口到、心到”。（4）游戏：
A.High and low voice 教师通过高低声的游戏帮助学生练习生词发音。当教师发出大声时，学生发出低声。反之，当教师发出低声是，学生发出高声。

教师把Let’s do与kitchen，living room等图片分别呈现在黑板上，选出一个学生A做教师，将其他学生分成两大组，然后每组选派出两个学生B、B。当学生A说一个口令时，学生B和B根据口令将Let’s do与相应的图片配对，最先正确配好的学生为胜者。
